Biography

Dr David Morrissey is an Australian-trained ear, nose and throat surgeon. He works collaboratively with his patients to provide evidence-based treatment options while ensuring the best possible care.

David completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with honours at the University of Queensland in 2005. After working in a number of hospitals across Queensland, David decided to further his studies by completing fellowships in rhinology and skull base surgery in Adelaide.

David has presented at conferences both nationally and internationally, has authored articles for medical journals and co-authored chapters in a number of ear nose and throat textbooks.

He is actively involved in medical education and is a faculty member at the University of Queensland Medical School. Putting his extensive experience to good use, he contributes to the education of medical students, junior doctors and trainees in ear, nose and throat surgery.
