Biography
Dr Eleanor Rye is a consultant physician and cardiologist with interest across all areas of adult cardiology.
Dr Rye graduated from medicine with first class honours from The University of Notre Dame Sydney, after which she completed physician training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, specialist cardiology training at Royal North Shore Hospital and further fellowship in amyloid cardiomyopathy at St Vincent’s Hospital.Dr Rye has a keen interest in heart failure, cardiomyopathies and inherited heart disease. She has also completed additional training in cardiac imaging and holds level three accreditation in transthoracic echocardiography, stress echocardiography and transoesophageal echocardiography.
Dr Rye is welcoming new referrals. She is a strong believer in the importance of wholistic patient care and is committed to ensuring that her patients receive the highest level of care tailored to their individual needs.
