Biography

Dr Manjula is a general Paediatrician with over 12 years of paediatric experience. He works with children from birth through to the final years of school and is interested in a diverse range of general paediatrics including neonatal medicine, child development, sleep, and behavioural concerns.

He completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in Sri Lanka and attained his Doctor of Medicine in Paediatrics in 2014, gaining Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (Paediatrics) in 2021. He has worked in Australia since 2016 and is commencing work as a Consultant Paediatrician at CentaPaeds and St Vincent’s Private Hospital in Toowoomba. 

His paediatric training was undertaken in Canberra, Toowoomba, and Townsville. Manjula has worked in Toowoomba for the last 2 years and has been keenly involved in the training of medical students.
