Biography
Rob Buist is an obstetrician with more than 20 years experience in managing complex pregnancies.
I graduated from The University of Auckland School of Medicine in 1988. Since then I trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, culminating in working at Guys and St Thomas' Hospitals in London. My first specialist job was at National Women's Hospital in Auckland. I then moved to Sydney in 2003 and became the Director of Obstetrics at The Royal Hospital for Women in Randwick. I have been in private practice since 2005. My entire career has been dedicated to providing high risk pregnancy care.
