Biography
Dr Yiling Situ is a Consultant Cardiologist and Cardiac Imaging Specialist at St Vincent’s Clinic and St Vincent’s Private Hospital.
Dr Situ was the recipient of two medical scholarships and graduated with honours from the University of New South Wales in 2013. She undertook Physician and Cardiology training at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney. Dr Situ subsequently completed the Advanced Cardiac Imaging Fellowship at St Vincent’s Hospital and has acquired extensive imaging experience in cardiac CT and MRI. She is accredited as a Level B CT Coronary Angiogram Specialist.Dr Situ has extensive involvement in research with both St Vincent’s Hospital and the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute and has authored multiple publications in international and peer-reviewed journals. Dr Situ is a conjoint lecturer at the University of New South Wales and an examiner for the final year medical student examinations.
As a general and imaging Cardiologist, Dr Situ is experienced in managing a wide range of cardiac conditions and is passionate about the use of advanced cardiac imaging for the assessment of cardiovascular disease.
