Biography

Mr Jeremy Goad is a Melbourne-based urologist with over twenty years’ experience and a special interest in the care and treatment of men diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Mr Goad has a long-term clinical interest in the management of prostate cancer. He has extensive experience performing radical prostatectomy both via open approach and robot-assisted laparoscopic techniques. He also conducts surgical procedures for testicular cancer and neobladder reconstruction after cystoprostatectomy (removal of the prostate and bladder).

Jeremy completed his medical training at the University of Melbourne and then undertook a 2-year urologic oncology fellowship in the USA at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

He has conducted research projects and continues to teach and train medical students and surgical trainees.

Jeremy is the Director of Urology at St Vincent’s Hospital and is a founding member of the Melbourne Urology Group.
